Ruzana Davtyan is a woman from Ninotsminda Municipality, who was a temporary employee of the municipality and was wanted to become permanent staff member. Ninotsminda Municipality was going through a new staff hiring process, however she would have to sit and pass the mandatory staff examination for which she wished to work but about which she lacked information and knowledge of how to pass. Ninotsminda Women’s Room invited experts and conducted exam preparation training. s. Ruzana and 10 more women successfully passed the exam and are now permanent staff members of the municipality.
